Our Impact

We are dedicated to expanding access to safe gluten-free food at local pantries, ensuring that medical dietary needs are met with dignity. By partnering with food banks, we help stock certified alternatives that are often overlooked, making safe nutrition reachable for all.

Our mission is to reduce the number of students and community members with celiac disease or gluten allergies who go without food. Financial barriers should never lead to health risks, so we focus on providing high-quality staples that prevent hunger and cross-contamination.

Through active campus outreach and community education, we raise awareness about the critical nature of gluten-free safety. We foster an environment where pantry partners are equipped with the knowledge to manage safe storage, ensuring a long-lasting impact on community health.

Transparency & Stewardship

Gluten-Free Staples

We prioritize funds for certified gluten-free, nonperishable essentials like pasta, flour, and grains. Our stewardship ensures that every dollar contributes directly to shelf-stable staples that are often too expensive for low-income families to afford.

Safe & Dedicated Storage

Safety is non-negotiable. A portion of our resources is allocated to procurement of dedicated storage bins and allergy-safe equipment, preventing cross-contamination in shared pantry environments.

Community Outreach

We believe in honest awareness. Beyond food, we invest in outreach materials that educate campus leaders and local partners, ensuring the long-term sustainability of safe food access in our community.
